Apana Mudra eases my chest pain. I like many Siddha Mudras but this one is my best companion. I am a Capricorn, workaholic, and keep worrying about things beyond my control and always tensed. I don’t waste time, keep working on something or the other. I hardly spend time on my health. After this session, I wake up at 3:30 or 4 am and practice for 2 to 3 hours. My stress levels have reduced a lot. I don’t worry much now. There is positivity and energy in my life now. I like it and pray not to miss it.
