Siddha Mudra makes us disease-free without any medicine

Actually i didn’t had much confidence on Siddha Mudras. But, after joining the Siddha Mudra class and hearing from Madam Dr Salai Kalpana, I started to concentrate. In the chill weather of Hosur, once I was ill. After doing Linga mudra for 30 Mins slowly my shivering came down and after 2 Hrs fever also was reduced. This was very much useful in December and mid of January. If I did it Apana Mudra by 10 PM then around 4:30 AM, I used to wakeup to clear the stomach and find emptiness in my stomach even if I had heavy dinner in the night. After doing Prana mudra I found the whole day I was brisk even if I wake up in early morning. Thank you very much for your dedication to teach to the world and make them disease free without any medicine.
